Engaged Teaching Lab to facilitate Leader Bootcamp and teacher inquiry cycles aligned to the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum.
Partnered with ANET to establish interim assessment cycles and data-driven instructional planning practices during my tenure as a middle school principal.
Partnered with engage2learn to lead a community-driven school redesign planning process in support of the Rhode Island Department of Education.
Secured a three-year Barr Foundation grant to bring our Portrait of a Graduate vision to life, centering student literacy development through Science of Reading–aligned strategies across content areas.
Engaged VJR Consulting for executive coaching as Chief Academic Officer, encompassing one-on-one leadership coaching, real-time feedback, weekly data meetings, and the design of a year-long leader professional development arc.
Pursued advanced professional development through Relay GSE, completing both the National Principal Supervisor Academy (NPSA) and the Leverage Leadership Institute (LLI).
Received executive coaching through Lynch Leadership Academy during my first principalship, with a focus on change management, adaptive leadership, and equity-centered decision-making.
Selected to participate in AASA's Urban Superintendent's Academy, delivered in partnership with the University of Southern California.
Established a six-member City Year corps team to strengthen school culture and student support during my tenure as a turnaround high school principal.
Attended the Standards Institute and the Urban Pathways to Proficiency (UPP) program, and hosted an UnboundEd Summit at our school to deepen teacher planning aligned to the GLEAM framework.
Hired numerous Teach For America corps members to fill teaching positions across schools in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Collaborated with Novel Education Partners on a comprehensive ELA curriculum for grades 6–12, including site visits, a leadership summit, and monthly coaching for school leaders.
